My approach to counseling

My method of counseling encompasses a variety of approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), client-centered counseling, acceptance commitment therapy (ACT). Once a client's counseling goals have been established, we can begin to formulate a practical approach toward achieving those goals in a manner that produces positive change.
